Cancelation Policy: By booking an appointment and service with Zb Hair&Beauty LLC you are agreeing to the following policies. SERVICE & CANCELLATIONS POLICY: By booking an appointment you are agreeing to pay a 50% deposit. The deposit is non refundable and non transferable. The deposit will be 50% of the service fee for the service rendered at your appointment. Your appointment is confirmed upon receival of the deposit fee. Missed appointments without notification will result in 100% service fee charge to the subject credit card on file. Notification of missed appointments. All missed appointments or rescheduled appointments will require a 48 notice will result in a full refund of the deposit fee. Less than a 48 hour notice will result in a forfeit of the deposit fee. Late arrivals A maximum of a 10 minute grace period is allowable past agreed time of service. All late arrivals are subject to the full service fee amount to the subject credit card on file.
